Military Strong Foundation (MSF) is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that serves Travis Air Force Base. We are military members, military families, and civilians who bring support through our various programs.
Our objective is to connect our military and their families with our local community through volunteerism and networking.
Through events and volunteer opportunities we help connect our military and their families with our local community
Travis AFB Family Pantry
In 2018, a young enlisted family was on their way to Travis AFB when they found themselves on a bind. The quick action of a First Sergeant unleashed a wave of support that kicked off the partnership with a foundation that supported the pantry once a month. Military Strong Foundation has since then taken on the task to make sure the pantry is re-stocked on a weekly basis. Through our efforts and collaborations with local and National Organizations we have been serving our Travis AFB Community.

Treats for Troops
What is Treats for Troops?
Military Strong Foundation’s Treats for Troops is a Halloween Candy collection program where local businesses and organizations collect excess Halloween candy. In most cases, collection sites accept excess Halloween candy from kids in exchange for goodies, once Trick-or-Treating season is over, but businesses and organizations can also register to collect internally among employees or customers as well! The most popular businesses that participate are dental offices— but it is a great program for any location— gyms, schools, churches, companies, and more! *Collection ends November 15.
